During this process, we grind the fish paste with a stone mill and a silent cutter. This where we season and flavor the fish paste as well.

First, we deep-fry the fish paste under low heat, and then we deep-fry it at a high temperature to give them color.
We cool the deep-fried fish paste in our two consecutive chill rooms after de-oiling them.
We inspect the final products and put them on a tray before wrapping, and then we put the product labels and being the packing process.
